10.30am United Family Communion in St Mildred’s Church

 3.00 to 5.00pm Cream Teas with live music in the Orchard

5.30pm Music and Poetry in St Mildred’s Church.

Please note that there is no service at St James’ today.

Events this Week

Morning Prayer, 9.30am, on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday in St James’ Church.  All welcome.

Holy Communion, Wednesday, 9.30am, at St James Church.

St James’ Mothers’ Union, meets at 2.30pm,on Wednesday, in St James’ Hall.

Teddy Bears’ Picnic, for parents and toddlers. 11.30am to 1.00pm on Thursday in the Orchard at St Mildred (or if wet, in St James’ Hall).  Bring your own picnic and a teddy to join in the fun!

St Mildred’s PCC Meeting, on Thursday, at 7.30pm in St Mildred’s Church Centre.

Car Boot Sale:  11.00am on Saturday, in St Mildred’s Orchard.  Cars or tables £5.  (Set up from 10.00am)

Churches Together Family BBQ:

5.30pm to 8.00pm, on Saturday, in St Mildred’s Orchard. Adults £2.00 or Family Ticket £5.00 (2 adults and 2 children).

Coffee Morning:  in St James Church Hall, 10am to 12noon on Tuesday 20th July.  Why not invite a friend or neighbour for a coffee and a chat?

2.30pm Wight Brass Concert in Church.

4.00pm Bring and Share Tea (cakes only)

Jigsaw Puzzle Festival 2010 - Volunteers Needed:  Please could you sign the list at the back of the church if you would be able to spare some time during the Festival (9th - 14th August) to help welcome visitors into the church, serve refreshments in the Hall, or make cakes during the week.  Donations of money towards the cost of refreshments would also be very much appreciated.
